This hydroform cartridge die will expand the .220” case neck internally to 0.2425” to 0.2430” drive pin diameter and cases will require neck turning depending on neck wall thickness before loading.
Annealing of the hydroformed cases is recommended before loading.
All hydroforming should be done with raw brass before neck turning.
All development work has been done based on Lapua “blue box” brass, but the dies can be used with other brands of brass.
