Our range of manual machines include internal and external grinders, tool and cutter grinders, small hole hone, automatic bandsaw, drills, presses, grinding and polishing machines, manual lathes and a universal toolroom mill. These machines are used extensive in prototype manufacturing, training, specialised tool manufacturing and those small jobs that can’t really be done economically on the CNC machines.
Our Cerakote painting facility has been designed to meet all the best practice recommendations of the Cerakote paint manufacturer and is utilised to coat all our manufactured products when necessary.
The Cerakote paint is a very thin but hard wearing protective coating now extensively used on many military and commercial firearms.
We have installed the necessary specialised surface blast preparation units for both aluminium and steel products, baking cabinet and fully approved paint room to ensure a high quality and durable surface finish on our products.
