All Armaments by Design Pty Ltd action wrenches are made from 4140 H/T alloy steel and machined to closely replicate the rifle bolt so that they fit the action lug spaces the same as the bolt.

The wrench has a metric hexagon machined into the back end of the tool so you can use a socket and T-bar to remove the barrel and a torque wrench to retighten the barrel. Each wrench is designed to fit the action even if it remains in the stock as with glued in bench rest rifles and allow the removal of the barrel without placing any force on the stock at all.

Each action wrench is clearly marked with laser engraving identifying the action model that the wrench is designed to be used in.

All action wrenches manufactured by Armaments by Design have been tested and used extensively and successfully on factory fitted barrels and we believe will be suitable for use to undo any commercially available rifle barrel as used by target and sporting shooters.
