Shipping Info

• For orders where stock is on hand we aim to ship on the same day for orders received before 2pm.  Orders after this time will generally ship on the following business day.
• For orders where stock is on back order you will be notified of the expected lead time by email or phone as soon as possible.

Shipping within Australia

Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered, delivery method chosen and the delivery address.  Average delivery is expected to take two to three business days and up to a maximum of 10 business days for road delivery.  If you have not received your purchase within this time frame please contact us urgently.  Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.

International Shipping 

Some export shipping of armament products is subject to Australian Government regulations and we will advise you of any complications in this area.

Unregulated items can be shipped direct and we use the Australia Post International Delivery Service for this. We find their service to be very competitive both in price and delivery times in the marketplace, but if you have a preferred shipper or your own account number please advise us.
