Cerakote Painting Line

Armaments by Design has now installed a complete, all new Cerakote painting facility. This paint line consists of a temperature and humidity controlled clean room for disassembly and reassembly of components, two specialised and dedicated blast machines to prevent component contamination, solvent rinse bench, a spray painting room meeting all relevant Australian Standards, and a dedicated drying oven with a datalogger fitted so that every drying batch temperature is recorded and linked back to a job number for quality assurance purposes.
The facility has been designed to meet all the best practice recommendations of the Cerakote paint manufacturer and can apply all the types of Cerakote including the high temperature paint system suitable for engine exhaust manifolds etc. Our spray paint applicators have been trained and certified by the Australian importer and distributor of the Cerakote paints.
