CNC Turning, Milling and EDM Wire Cutting

The CNC machines we currently use in our manufacturing facility are a Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 350M, Mazak VTC 800/30SR 5 axis continuous vertical machining centre, Okuma MULTUS U 4000 7 axis Multifunction centre, fully automatic Everising H-460HB band saw and a Sodick VL600QH EDM Wire cut machine.

These machines are all equipped with advanced MasterCam CAM software which allows us to manufacture the most complex components with minimal setups and high precision in the shortest time possible.
